Bailey Ranger GT60 540/6 2010 6 Berth Caravan & Porch Awning in Melrose, Scottish Borders for sale

We are selling our much loved 2010 Bailey Ranger GT60 540-6 caravan. This is a 6 berth, lightweight single axle caravan. It has 3 bunk beds in the rear area of the caravan and each bunk has its own window and reading light. Also in the rear area is a dinette table which converts to form a single bed. The rear area can be separated from the rest of the caravan with the sliding wooden door and there are plenty of hooks for coats and dressing gowns in this area. At the front of the caravan the lounge has two long luxury seats (easily seating 3 each side) which can be used as two single beds or it converts to a LARGE kingsize bed, which is extremely comfortable. There are halogen reading lights and plenty of mood lighting to cosy up in the evening. The Heki roof window and surrounding windows ensures this a light and cheerful space during the day. The caravan windows are fitted with blinds, fly screens and curtains too. In the centre of the van is the kitchen and bathroom area. The kitchen area has a 4 burner gas hob, gas oven and grill. It is also fitted with a fridge freezer (3 way), a built in microwave and a sink. The bathroom has an electric flush Thetford swivel WC, wash basin and shower (never used) complete with shower curtain. There is a lot of storage in the bathroom as there is a large wall cabinet and a cabinet under the sink too, plus hooks for towels etc. Heating comes from a Truma gas/electric fire with blown air heating. Hot water system operates on electric or gas. There is a flip down TV table in the lounge area with aerial socket and also an aerial socket in the dinette/bedroom area at the back, ready to take a wall mounted TV at the rear. There are storage areas under all of the seats and lots of overhead storage cupboards around the caravan, as well as a large separate wardrobe, which is next to the bathroom. Included in the sale are a wheel clamp and an ALKO Hitchlock, Wastemaster, Aquaroll, Water Pump, CalorGas bottle, leisure battery, stowable dining table, CD Player/Radio, Directional TV Aerial, spare wheel mounted under caravan, loose fit carpets under which is laminate flooring which is still covered in the original plastic! We are also including a porch awning (2m x 2m) and breathable carpet which is quick to erect and perfect for storing toys, outside equipment, shoes, wellies, washing airer etc once onsite. The van has been serviced and has had a habitation check for the last 3 years and everything is in perfect working order. Please also note that the van is stored in an undercover storage facility so the body is in excellent condition, apart from some very minor light marks on the back nearside panel of the van. These were apparently caused by an awning which broke free and were there when we purchased the van 4 years ago and are barely noticeable (see photos). This is a superb caravan for a family as there is lots of space and storage too. However, we are selling as we now wish to purchase a motorhome.
